Responsible for the Marketing and Product Management of Miss group's +30 brands. I manage the Miss Group Marketing team with 17 members across functions like Regional Marketing, SEO, PPC, UI/UX Design, Affiliate Marketing, and Product Management. 

Miss Group acquires 5-6 companies every year and they are all integrated with the rest of the group. The Marketing team helps build economies of scale, increasing performance and lowering costs.

Stryda is an online platform delivering competitive gaming experiences on both PC and Mobile. The platform is completely scalable and can be connected with any competitive game. 

In my role leading the Product Team, I led product development, research, monetization, retention and analytics for Stryda's products and services. Also during this timeframe, I was part of the team that worked on two investment rounds for the company.

I was the architect and manager of the 2.0 version of the Mr Green Marketing department. We went from being highly dependent on analog media to being close to 100% digital in a very short time. I managed the Marketing department team which included all Regional Managers, Content Creation, Marketing Analytics, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing and User Acquisition at a total headcount of 77. During my time as CMO we went from a +8% to a +34% QoQ growth of revenue in only three quarters.

An essential part of my responsibility was the product portfolio P&L which required a laser-sharp focus on product margins and consumer lifetime value. I led the product strategy and the road map for future products and services.

Achievements:
Built up the Business Unit and Organization from scratch
Personally recruited 20 people in 9 months
Established processes and RACI for the Business Unit
Built an Online Live Service for a portfolio of games operating globally 24/7. All in less than 12 months.
Substantially increased Revenue and Profit Margins with no incremental cost
Launched mutliple new products and entered several new markets 
Established pioneering models for Revenue/Sales forecasting, Social Media tracking as well as Consumer Life-Time Value reporting
