As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at Colliers, I partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to source and attract diverse and qualified candidates in various markets across the U.S. I leverage my social networking skills and my certification in diversity recruiting to build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, while ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience for all parties involved. 

I have nearly a decade of recruiting experience across different industries, including real estate, technology, information services, as well as tenure held within a search firm. Before joining Colliers, I worked as a Corporate Recruiter at both Compass and Guidepoint, where I successfully filled a variety of business roles ranging from junior to senior talent. I also hold dual Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Public Relations from Penn State University, with a minor in International Studies.
