I'm a Cambodian-American entrepreneur and growth practitioner. Currently building Omniscient Digital, an organic growth agency helping B2B software companies turn SEO, LLMs, and content into revenue growth channels.

Previously, I was Head of Growth at People.ai where I led the implementation of a product-led growth motion for the new freemium products, PeopleGlass and ClosePlan, overseeing product strategy, go-to-market, and customer acquisition initiatives.

Before that, I spent 6 years working on HubSpot's freemium business through multiple cross-functional projects including: driving the implementation of referral loops across the free product, bottom-of-funnel content strategy, and business development.

One key project I worked on was developing and executing a strategy to acquire users through marketplaces and integrations, which required collaboration across marketing, business development, and multiple product teams. This resulted in spinning up a new Growth Acquisition Team in Dublin. We revived and grew adoption of (a previously sunset) HubSpot WordPress integration from 8k to 110k+ installs (adopted by 22% of the customer base), drove 1000s of product signups a month, and influenced $3.6M+ in ARR.

Growth professional with extensive experience in SaaS, the creator economy, and music, who loves to build products and businesses. Current joint MBA/CS candidate at Chicago Booth School of Business focused on product management, marketing strategy, and computer science.

I've co-founded 2 businesses - the Omer Quartet and Arete Media. Both were mildly successful but ultimately shut down as I learned valuable lessons about grit, hustle, and marketing. Then, during the pandemic, I spent 1 month developing and launching an online course on music studio growth. This course, Build Online Studio, helped musicians realize 10-15X ROI.

I then took a break from entrepreneurship to go work with people who were much better than me at building businesses. At ClickUp, I piloted and launched many cutting-edge growth strategies and at Omniscient Digital, I built an entire department from scratch, hiring and promoting 2 specialists. 

Through these projects, I continued to lean on my foundation as a musician - bringing soft skills such as deep listening, coaching approach, and creativity to my management and communication styles, as well as a general scrappiness, a super high standard, and thoroughness to my day-to-day work.
