I'm a Cambodian-American entrepreneur and growth practitioner. Currently building Omniscient Digital, an organic growth agency helping B2B software companies turn SEO, LLMs, and content into revenue growth channels.

Previously, I was Head of Growth at People.ai where I led the implementation of a product-led growth motion for the new freemium products, PeopleGlass and ClosePlan, overseeing product strategy, go-to-market, and customer acquisition initiatives.

Before that, I spent 6 years working on HubSpot's freemium business through multiple cross-functional projects including: driving the implementation of referral loops across the free product, bottom-of-funnel content strategy, and business development.

One key project I worked on was developing and executing a strategy to acquire users through marketplaces and integrations, which required collaboration across marketing, business development, and multiple product teams. This resulted in spinning up a new Growth Acquisition Team in Dublin. We revived and grew adoption of (a previously sunset) HubSpot WordPress integration from 8k to 110k+ installs (adopted by 22% of the customer base), drove 1000s of product signups a month, and influenced $3.6M+ in ARR.

Helping B2B tech companies scale go to market | CMO | ABM | Growth Strategy

"Replace a $100,000 team with $300 of AI." I see this kind of click-bait everywhere, and I'm calling BS. 🙄 

I use AI every single day. It's a massive productivity tool for me personally. But the idea that software can completely rip out complex functions like design, copywriting, research, or sales outreach without an expert in the driver's seat is a fantasy.

And it's a dangerous one I see founders getting sold.

Let's be real:
→ AI drafts are just drafts. They need an expert to fact-check, edit, and inject the brand nuance that actually closes deals. This isn't a job for a junior; it requires a seasoned specialist who knows what good looks like.

→ AI hallucinations aren't a myth; they're a real risk. We've all seen the stories. An airline chatbot inventing a refund policy it has to honor. A consulting firm's report filled with fabricated citations. That's your brand and your P&L on the line.

→ Unverified outputs damage trust faster than they build momentum. When your AI-generated outreach lands in the wrong tone, misses cultural context, or confidently states something that's not true, you're not just wasting effort, you're damaging relationships you can't afford to lose.

Here's what's interesting, I work as a marketing consultant for many AI startups, and not a single one is selling "replace your team with AI." 

They're all selling Human-in-the-loop.

Why? Because they understand what AI actually does. It increases productivity, automates repetitive tasks, and scales volume. It doesn't reduce your OPEX by eliminating expertise. The best AI companies know their product makes experts faster, not obsolete.
