This means ensuring any new platform developments and optimisation techniques that could benefit our campaign management are shared across the departments. 

My background in both search & programmatic display allows me to take a holistic view across digital at Periscopix, ensuring opportunities across the channels are maximised.

Ten days ago, I wasn’t my best self (sorry Emma ☹️) 

I was irritable, impatient, and honestly not much fun to work with. The truth? I was running on empty and losing drive🤬

So I finally did what I should have done sooner. I took a proper break.

10 days in Sri Lanka later, I feel like a different person. Clear head. Lighter mood. More energy. 😇

Somewhere between the lie ins, warm swims, incredible curries, and uninterrupted time to think, I remembered something I always seem to forget.

Holidays are not a reward. It is maintenance.

We talk a lot about performance, productivity, and growth. None of those happen without recovery. When I delay breaks, everyone feels it, including me.

I am coming back to work excited, with fresh ideas, and genuinely enthusiastic about what is ahead. And next time, I’ll try not to wait until I am running on fumes to step away.

If you are feeling a bit “ratty” lately, it might not be you. It might just be time for a reset.

It’s brave to join two female founders with no other colleagues, no track record of employment.

But she did it, and it’s paying off 👏

For the past 2 months, I’ve been a man on LinkedIn.

My reach went up 67% 🤯 📈 

Not better content.
Not a new strategy.
Not more consistency.
Just male.

Same ideas, still me.
But suddenly… more visibility.

We love to believe this platform rewards value.
It doesn’t. It rewards perception.

So here’s a genuine growth hack for women on LinkedIn:
Identify as male 🧔‍♂️ 

It’s ridiculous, maybe uncomfortable. But apparently, it works.

I cannot see any negative effect from it, and it's a shot at fairness that we can actually control!

ChatGPT is going in hard on ads, displaying them right after initial query - I did not see that coming 😲 

Putting ads right at the top is a really bold move, and could upset the user experience. 

But it's also a really good way to generate revenue, especially at the suggest $60 CPM's 💸 

I'm still yet to see an ad in the wild myself, but can't wait to see the results from this, and how it evolves. What do you think?

It’s a fairly chaotic way to run a business, but Emma and I thrive on the constant growth 📊👩‍💼👩‍💼
