I stopped relying on inbound and outbound alone.

- First 5 minutes
- AI finds key moments in the call.

- I ask the rep: “What do you see here?”

We talk about the buyer.
Their risk.
Their power.
Their emotion.

I help the rep see the story under the words.

We write the new line together in simple words.

Last 10 minutes

We practice only that moment.
