• Managed the end-to-end recruitment cycle from establishing positions to extending offers for 2 positions: CEO Assistant and Educational Consultant;
• Initiated changes to increase the passing rate of each recruitment round (CV, Interview, Offer, and Probation).

Achievements:
• 13 job offers for both positions (8 candidates accepted offers to probation, 4 candidates passed probation).

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment activities such as posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and placements for both core members and volunteers;
• Conducted orientations and training for new hires;
• Managed logistics (manufacturing & purchasing) for 3 TeenUp Camps - a camp about sex education and self-liberation for students aged 12-16 (25 students/camp);
• Managed administrative tasks such as reimbursement for employees, and issuance of certificates for volunteers.

Achievements:
• Reduced the cost of logistics by nearly 50% from the first camp to the third camp.
