- Supported marketing of new landing pages with the analysis of user's queries and behaviors on page
- Analyzed results of multichannel marketing campaigns and found ways to improve both ads and landing pages, increasing conversions and conversion rate (+ 24% and +15% respectively)

Non eravamo scarsi prima, non siamo dei fenomeni ora. 
Essere nel top 3% delle agenzie italiane racconta due cose: la prima è che una enorme parte del merito è legata allo spending dei nostri clienti quindi la magia è poca. La seconda però è la correlazione tra questi budget e la fiducia verso l’agenzia: i marketing manager si fidano nel metterci in mano il loro denaro. Anche quando è molto. Con Alessandro Facco abbiamo costruito da zero una ASA (area strategica di affari) in tempi non sospetti. Oggi il mercato la  riconosce come eccellenza. Non saremo scarsi se un giorno perderemo questo titolo, per adesso godiamoci il maggior supporto che Google (che non è una onlus) ci garantirà e puntiamo all’1% poi chi vivrà vedrà.

Ho fatto fare un piano di investimenti all'AI. Allego screenshot del PAC dai mesi 46 a 53. Ho riflettuto a lungo perché la stessa cosa vale per i piani di marketing: nell'essenza della costruzione la conoscenza diviene commodity. Il saperlo fare è un vantaggio competitivo che svanisce. Mi aspetto ora due reazioni: l'80% delle persone griderà allo scempio e dirà "vai a schiantarti poi ne parliamo". Il 20% invece (chi cioè avrà un lavoro nel 2032) si attrezzerà per dire: "figata, ha finalmente fatto il lavoro compilativo a basso valore aggiunto che odiavo fare, ti faccio pagare per confrontarci su questo piano e limarlo sulla base della mia esperienza di promotore finanziario" (o consulente di marketing che dir si voglia). Il passaggio concettuale è fortissimo perché si tratta di vendere la torta senza confezione, solo succo niente buccia. Molto complesso

Ragiono da tempo sulla morte dei siti web. Brian Morissey (primo commento) traccia uno scenario di grande cambiamento. Se questa fosse la strada il piano di marketing dovrebbe cambiare sia tantissimo che pochissimo. L'ho sputata in una slide volutamente brutta, lo scenario è verosimile

Abbiamo molto da imparare dal marketing sportivo. Con una particolarità: la comunità più appassionata (i tifosi) non si soddisfa come l’audience più ampia. La partita dei ricavi per una squadra si gioca sull’accesso alle coppe e le plusvalenze, ma anche nel divenire una “media company” a tutto tondo. E questo si fa non solo cercando nuovi mercati, ma anche ad esempio gestendo i social di star che sono a volte più visibili del team stesso. Lavorare a progetti di questo tipo è estremamente interessante

Se tutto è commodity
Penso da giorni a questo concetto. Ne ho parlato con Claude. Non avrei mai pensato di far uscire in 15 minuti una newsletter che a mio parere ha un valore. Io ci ho messo l'intuizione, lui o lei ha fatto quasi tutto il resto.

Questa (sua) frase mi convince:

Viviamo in uno di quei momenti rari in cui le regole del gioco cambiano per tutti, nello stesso momento, senza preavviso. È disorientante e affascinante allo stesso tempo. La cosa che mi colpisce di più non è la tecnologia — è che l'unico vero vantaggio competitivo che resterà sarà la qualità del pensiero e il coraggio di assumersi responsabilità. I had the opportunity to be Lisa Titotto thesis supervisor in 2021 at Venice School of Management - Università Ca' Foscari Venezia . Today it is a great pleasure to see her as Marketing Executive Franchise IMEA, managing from Dubai a complex project for an outstanding brand such as KIKO MILANO .

Negli ultimi tre anni abbiamo lavorato in modo strutturato su policy, processi e pratiche organizzative per integrare la parità di genere nelle nostre dinamiche operative e decisionali. Un percorso che ci ha portato a ottenere la certificazione UNI/PdR 125:2022 – Sistema di Gestione per la Parità di Genere.

Non lo consideriamo un punto di arrivo ma la prima tappa di un lavoro che continuerà nel tempo, con l’obiettivo di monitorare, migliorare e mantenere alta l’attenzione su questi temi all’interno della nostra organizzazione.

Raramente scrivo due post al giorno su Linkedin ma questo mi ha divertito. Tobaccowala, che è bravo, dice (primo commento) di smetterla di dire che le persone non perderanno il lavoro per colpa dell'AI ma per colpa di altre persone che sanno usare l'AI. Che sarebbe esattamente come dire che un cavallo perderà il lavoro perché un altro cavallo imparerà ad usare il trattore. L'autore propone un framework: 1) embrace 2) adapt 3) complement in cui l'ultima parte è fondamentale: the opportunity lies in redesigning roles around what machines cannot replicate

Riflettevo sull’ossessione agentica. Sento raramente ragionare sul fatto che ad un agente non puoi dare un premio e nemmeno mandare una lettera di richiamo. O meglio non ne sarebbe così sensibile. Questa responsabilità diluita dell’AI (che in altri contesti porta a sbagliare con una certa probabilità, e sbagliare può anche significare missile su una scuola) a mio avviso apre un tema: a chi rispondono organizzativamente gli agenti? Al CMO quelli di marketing o tutti all’IT?
Ragioniamo in termini di automation o augmentation ma la responsabilità sull’output non va ignorata
