- Website that led to +138% more contacts (+98% goal conversion rate) on core business activity, and +80% newsletter subscribers (+50% goal conversion rate) compared to previous version (WordPress, JS, CSS)
- System for an acting school to sell and manage courses and lessons using carnets (Joomla!)
- Website speed improvement, reduced page load time from ~ 6.5s to ~1.5s, applying best practices e.g. server and client caches, image optimizations, html and javascript / css files compression (WordPress, JS, CSS)

What I'm doing as a CONSULTANT:
- Supported marketing of new landing pages with the analysis of user's queries and behaviors on page
- Analyzed results of multichannel marketing campaigns and found ways to improve both ads and landing pages, increasing conversions and conversion rate (+ 24% and +15% respectively)
- Analysis of client's tools for its accounting management. Provided an improved solution based on the current workflows and proposed options for future improvements and automations 
- Analysis of client's methods to manage rooms rents. Proposed a custom web solution to improve workflow and save hours of work every month.

Le lezioni distribuite in moduli di 4 e 8h mi hanno fatto prediligere la narrativa del viaggio. Da Napoleone ai giorni nostri per raccontare la storia della nascita della GDO e le sue caratteristiche nel mondo e in Italia.  
Un viaggio che ci ha visto attraversare Inghilterra, Europa, Stati Uniti e Giappone, stando a casa. 
Scoprendo di lezione in lezione come sono mutati nel tempo gli spazi espositivi, il comportamento d’acquisto e il rapporto tra venditore e cliente. Il viaggio si è concluso con l’esplorazione del supermercato del futuro, senza casse, interattivo e assistito dall’intelligenza artificiale.
