That question spurred me to do some research.

Our biology evolves slowly.
Our environment has changed at warp speed (I love Star Trek and wanted to get a reference in here!).

Food systems, stress, light exposure, sleep, toxins, pace of life. 
All are radically different from what our bodies evolved to expect.

Some people debate supplements emotionally.
I wanted to look at the evidence calmly.

So I went down the rabbit hole. Peer-reviewed research. Nutrient adequacy data. Bioavailability. Quality differences. 
What’s the signal? What’s noise?

Here’s the simple inversion:

It’s not “Will supplements magically fix everything?”
It’s “What’s the cost of ignoring well-documented gaps between modern life and human biology?”

Marcus reminds us to focus on what we can control.
Munger reminds us to avoid obvious, avoidable mistakes.

That lens changed how I think about health, supplementation, and longevity.

600% increase for sending an InMail. What that means in real terms: 400 InMails jumping from €12k to €84k a year.

Let that settle in.

Feedback on the LinkedIn RPS rollout is mixed (putting it kindly). If you don’t know who to contact and when, you simply will not be able to afford to use InMail, especially if you are trying to break into new markets.

My take is this is a net positive for LinkedIn long term. They are protecting the product from a spray and pray approach.

InMail engagement is already at an all time low (10 to 25% reply rates). Sending InMails to static candidate lists just isn’t financially viable anymore unless you have €85k per recruiter to burn.

Case Study - Talisman

Great call with Mohamed Chahin, founder of Twain.

The “email is dead” brigade are usually the ones who buy a bunch of data, send static copy, and hope a few things will stick and then wonder why conversions sit below 1%.

Email is still the No.1 tool to get in front of candidates and clients quickly.

When you have laser focused candidate and client profiles, layer in timing signals using tools like Clay, and then have a system in place where you can pretty much write an email as if you were doing it yourself, using tools like Twain, you start to move the dial.
