Reporting directly to the owner of the company, my focus was to oversee the entire operations of all construction projects to ensure the project runs within budget and completed to the highest standards.   
•	Experienced in effectively communicating and implementing policies and tasks to all stakeholders of the project.
•	Organised all operational records in order to ensure best communication between all stakeholders and record performance of operatives. 
•	Coordinated all operatives and deliveries to arrive onsite in accordance with building program.
•	Ensured all operatives had correct materials and PPE for all tasks assigned to them.
•	Responsible for all waste management procedures in order to conform to environmental legislation and health and safety best practice. 
•	Managed health and safety processes for all site workers.

Reporting to the owner of the company, my main responsibilities included the completion of all heating, plumbing and gas service projects ensuring quality control on all finishing’s across each site. I also managed all health and safety processes for all staff.

Reporting directly to senior management of the company, as senior plumber my focus was to undertake all relevant tasks. My role evolved to incorporate project management in the renovation of local authority housing.  
•	My initiative and leadership skills were quickly recognised by senior management and became head of a team of operatives to successfully complete all projects.
•	Liaised with council officials and the general public on a daily basis.
•	Solved conflict with tenants under stressful circumstances to successfully complete projects in socially deprived areas.
•	Ensured all job sheets and records were completed in time. 
•	Managed health and safety processes for all site workers.
•	Ensured that all work was finished to the highest standard in conjunction with Australian codes and specifications.
