•	Led and participated in the design of 50+ projects of diverse genre which include luxury single family housing, apartment complexes, gated communities, retail stores and office spaces from conceptual level to execution as a lead Architect.
•	Promoted within 8 months due to strong performance and organizational impact – ahead of schedule by 6 months.
•	Mentored and provided professional oversight to 12+ junior Architects in the design build process for 35+ new projects.

•	Led various meetings with contractors, consultants along with clients to take crucial design decisions ranging from design alterations to materials selection.

•	Designed and contributed to large scale commercial and residential projects for large-scale developers such as Brigade, Firm Foundations, Prestige, Radiance Reality.
•	Supervised project execution, site coordination and handed over projects by the targeted schedule.
•	Excelled in 3D visualisation right from conceptual massing to detailed modelling. Also worked on rendering views and editing videos for 20+ projects.
•	Designed and executed 10+ apartment interiors with excellent space planning.

•	Prepared 70+ scale drawings of planned developments using computer aided design software. 
•	Excelled in 3D visualisation right from conceptual massing to detailed modelling of both exteriors and interiors.
•	Designed sheets for various awards the firm participated and won.

I am an Experienced Architect with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry with over 5 years of professional experience in large-scale residential, commercial & retail sectors of architecture. With a diverse background in both Ireland and international settings, I had the privilege of serving as an Architectural Assistant at KTA in Ireland. KTA, being a sister company of RKD Architects, played a pivotal role in my career development.
