As the Founder & CEO of YF Designers, I lead a commercial interior design studio that partners with developers, owners, and contractors to elevate properties through strategic, value-driven design.

With a background in property management and a deep understanding of construction, I bridge the gap between creative vision and practical execution. We design lobbies, leasing offices, amenity spaces, and commercial interiors that not only look great—but are buildable, on budget, and ROI-focused.

Before launching YF Designers in 2021, I served as Director of Design at AJH, a national commercial real estate firm, where I collaborated closely with construction teams to deliver high-impact interiors across multiple regions.

Our strength lies in combining layout strategy, finishes, and functionality to increase tenant satisfaction, reduce turnover, and boost long-term property value. Every design choice we make is grounded in cost-awareness, tenant psychology, and construction feasibility.
