Prepare detailed year-end working papers up to draft financial statements, including costs to

Ensure that the accounting component of the Development Team is deployed accurately and efficiently.
Assist in the preparation of development proformas and in the underwriting for the project.
Prepare externally and internally required reports, including: Financial Cost Summary, Variance
Analysis, Cash Flow Forecasts, and Balance Sheet Analysis.
Preparation of monthly Development Status Reports.
Co-ordinate year end working papers/schedules for internal audit reviews.
Manage and maintain the construction contracts to ensure compliance of budget and spending
commitments.
Assist the Director with contract administration by reviewing and assessing all supporting AP
documentation prior to submission for processing to ensure legitimate HST/QST registrants and the
adherence of proper signing authorities.

and cashflow forecasts.
Set up various investigative and construction budgets, for sites both undeveloped and under
construction.
Review Land Acquisition documents and provided feedback and interpretation.
Prepare daily cash projections for company.
Daily review and purchase of company’s term deposits, updating mortgages, loans and various
outstanding items on bank accounts and working with banking documents.
