I coordinate the production of public relations, media, creative, promotions and advertising to ensure the market's message is distributed across channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet sales objectives.

Supervise the allocation of an $8 million dollar operating budget across multiple divisions as well as shared back office/operational infrastructure
Oversaw the messaging that defines the Gateway’s “brand” to the public
Identified next generation opportunities and markets to ensure growth and relevance in a changing world
Developed communications to streamline reporting to key donors and management board
Responsible for all logistics, programming and operational elements of ‘Gateways Getaways’ division --North America’s leading Jewish hospitality/holiday program with events throughout the US. Responsibilities included budgeting, identifying suitable properties & negotiating terms with them, hiring of personnel, foodservice & menu planning, programming, marketing, media, sales & entertainment. Despite the challenging economy and a highly competitive landscape, these programs average close to 1400 guests, enjoy a 80%+ return rate and turn a profit that’s about 30% higher than the industry average.
Produced/Developed all aspects of Gateways annual banquet--from “message to menus”. This highly anticipated event generates about half of the organizations operating budget.
Since adding “Connections” to my “management portfolio” in January 2012, we’ve been able to increase weekly dating “meets” by over 70% without increasing our promotional or personnel budgets.
Implemented regularly scheduled status briefings with all divisions to identify goals and track performance.Oversee/Coordinate all Gateways seminars in America. Managed all aspects from securing venue to identifying best methods of grass roots/regional outreach. Developed the messaging that helped identify these seminars as the core of the Gateways DNA by making it a consistent marketing element regardless of event.
Manage a staff of forty five employees across 6 divisions responsible for all hiring, promotions and identifying responsibilities to ensure there’s no overlap and that all departments are performing.
