•	Steered marketing strategies for ESRI products in Colombia. Discussed budgets with high management and executed marketing campaigns. Implemented a semi-annual magazine, a monthly workshop series, and a club membership for customers, among other initiatives.
•	Applied the first CRM system for the company, based on SalesForce.com system.
•	Created the Business Partner and Sales Representative Program currently running to expand the sales and support PPSA’s sales force, and to propagate the use of GIS technology in Colombia.
•	Proposed and led special projects for developing industry-specific GIS applications, intended to promote GIS technology in particular market niches.
•	Augmented ESRI’s sales in Colombia by more than 25% in 2006, placing PPSA in 2nd place for the Latin American region.

Marketing Manager

•	Led the development of a war game simulator for the Colombian Superior School of War intended to guide the training of high-ranking officers by recreating a battlefield similar to Colombia’s irregular war (i.e. guerrilla’s warfare).
•	Participated in the bid proposal process, and directed a three-person team during requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and permanent negotiation with military officers.
•	Led the development of the simulation engine, based on MAK’s VR-Forces in C++, and supervised the visualization interface, based on ESRI’s ArcGIS Desktop.
