In my role as Mechanism Finance Operator at Pay, I am responsible for managing payments that cannot be processed automatically. 

By thoroughly researching each payment, I strive to still successfully link them. With a strong focus on research and analysis, I find the right solution in many cases.

Together, we ensure that our payment process runs smoothly and efficiently! In some cases, I contact the owner to verify that the money is going to the right buyer. 

With my empathy and a touch of humor, this often works out very well.
For me, every day is a new challenge and never the same.
