I asked a career coach what her Tuesday afternoon looks like.

The comments say "great post!"

Savers bookmark your post and keep scrolling.

But:
 “I help finance leaders break into VP roles.”

3. Write about the moments before someone hires a coach.
The promotion they didn’t get.
The meeting where their ideas were ignored.
The moment they realize their career has stalled.

Because the goal of LinkedIn isn’t likes.

It’s that moment when someone reads your post and thinks:
“She's describing my situation.”

Most career coaches don’t struggle with skill.
They struggle with positioning that creates demand.

And positioning is what fills the calendar.
