Neuroplastogen Breakthrough: BETR-001 – a proprietary R:R Stereoisomer of 2-Bromo-LSD)

2-Bromo-LSD (BOL-148), a long-known non-hallucinogenic lysergamide derivative first synthesized by Albert Hofmann, has garnered renewed interest for its psychoplastogenic properties, promoting structural neural plasticity and demonstrating efficacy in preclinical models of common mental health disorders, without inducing psychedelic effects through partial agonism at 5-HT2A receptors.

Supported by layered IP including earlier synthesis patents, BETR-001's non-controlled status facilitates self-administration paradigms, bypassing supervised psychedelic therapy models and addressing key scalability barriers in mental health treatment.

As the field evolves, BETR-001 represents a compelling, patent-protected advancement in next-generation neuroplastogens for high-unmet-need indications.

Somehow, I managed to bring Boston’s cold back to Florida — but what really stayed with me was the perspective.

Just got back from Infraday Florida.  Here’s the real takeaway:
Transformation doesn’t fail because of technology.

What I appreciated most was the quality of the room—operators, owners, and decision-makers dealing with real infrastructure and capital project challenges. 

No theory. 

Just execution.

That kind of leadership accelerates progress.

Also great catching up with industry partners—these relationships matter.

The year is moving fast, but the start has been worth pausing to reflect on.

One moment that stood out was being in New York early in the year — seeing our team come together in person. People are traveling across the globe to reconnect, align, and reset together.
