Developed and submitted bids for customers from around North America, tailoring the over one million square foot facility through Convention Visitors Bureau and downtown hotels collaboration. Collaborated with Phoenix Convention Center, Visitors Bureau, and local hotel partners to develop and present major bids for convention events. Facilitated overall sales processes from initiation to completion aimed at ensuring sales growth.

•	Develop pricing and impactful ticket packages for season and group tickets, assisted in creation and development of promotions and team operations for opening of a new ballpark and three seasons with the team
•	Facilitate and guide sales staff through positive enforcement of sales tactics with sales leads and training
•	Generate revenue through sales of advertising, group and season tickets; generated over $700,000 in sales in two plus years
•	Oversaw gameday and seasonal staff, creating events to ensure quality of work and completion of duties while maintaining a positive family ballpark experience
•	Create, develop and build annual revenue-generating non-game events such as: Annual Baseball Clinics, Boy and Girl Scout Sleepovers, Corporate Challenges and Community based Charitable Run
