Experienced investment banker with an engineering background and 20+ years of experience in structured finance, corporate finance advisory and capital raising.

I have built know-how and expertise in valuations, mergers and acquisitions, sell-side/ buy-side advisory, financial restructuring and capital raising. My work revolves around originating new deals, conducting financial and commercial due diligences, building sophisticated financial models, recommending strategic directions, structuring transactions, performing valuations, creating persuasive documentations and presentations, and negotiating with appropriate investors. I have successfully closed many transactions in several sectors including the food & beverage, technology, insurance, trading, renewable energy, and manufacturing industries.

Passionate about my work, I love to brainstorm, influence my clients’ mindset and perception, and make them see things from different perspectives.

In 2022, I co-founded Twelve Gates Advisory, a business advisory firm that targets small and medium enterprises and offers them financial and strategic advisory services. This firm was created to help SMEs unlock their true potential and grow. I look forward to developing solutions that will help those companies increase their value and profitability and achieve sustainable growth.

Away from the office, I spend my time learning new things, connecting with nature, traveling and meeting new people.
