Led a comprehensive overhaul of financial controls and processes, including transitioning the ERP system from Sage50 to SAP, implementing tighter control, and streamlining process flows to enhance auditability and increase transaction processing efficiency.

Completed the ERP transition in just 3 months, setting the standard for integration time across Novo Nordisk subsidiaries. Utilized various change management strategies to coordinate effectively with management and teams at both Novo Nordisk and Inversago.
