I spent over 15 years working in marketing with, and for, some of the most creative and iconic brands all around the world.

But a few years ago, something changed.

It was all seemingly successful on paper, but inside I had become disconnected - from my work, and from myself. 

I had a deep and growing sense that I was here for more. 

Following my curiosity, I began an experiential dive into breathwork which quickly transformed my state of mind.

Through the process, it became clear that what energizes me most life is creativity and wellbeing (of both the human and planetary kind).

Seemingly separate worlds but I figured there had to be an overlap. Thankfully, the more I explored, the more I learned there was. 

There’s a deep connection between our internal state of consciousness, our ability to create, and our relationship with the natural world around us. 

It’s a big beautiful journey that starts inside our own mind. 

As a certified Flow State Facilitator and Breathwork Facilitator, today I offer transformative experiences and programs that teach teams how to access altered and optimal states of consciousness for creativity, wellbeing and performance.

My Why: Stories Forge Connection - Connection Creates Health.

Hello good human—I’m Nim.

I’m an Australian Narrative Practitioner, Non-Executive Director, and Strategic Advisor who believes storytelling is our greatest passport to genuine human connection. A mentor once described me as a ‘Narrative Nerd’. 

What I know to be true is that narrative and storytelling are transmitters of culture and values. 

Over the past decade, I’ve researched the power of narrative within families and spent 20 years honing brand storytelling. Drawing on human-centered design, narrative psychology/therapy, social science, and intergenerational connection, I’ve developed unique frameworks that spark transformation—whether it’s preserving a family legacy or building cultural relevance for a global brand.

In previous life chapters, I pioneered ‘Intrapreneurship’ as the world’s first Chief Next Generation Officer in a $16B, 7th-generation family enterprise. I began my career at Red Bull, mastering strategic insight and cultural resonance early on. What I discovered in every role: narratives drive culture, shape collaboration, and foster meaningful belonging.

My deep curiosity has led me to call four continents home—USA, UK, UAE, Bermuda, and now Australia—while travelling to 64 countries. With 20+ years in communications and a lifetime exploring the human condition, I’ve found my relational intelligence to be the greatest strength and gift I bring to every partnership.

Today, I work globally from the Gold Coast, Australia partnering with:

- Boards as a Non-Executive Director, bringing trusted governance and relevant strategic foresight.
- Families as a Narrative Practitioner, preserving legacies and strengthening intergenerational bonds.
