I spent over 15 years working in marketing with, and for, some of the most creative and iconic brands all around the world.

But a few years ago, something changed.

It was all seemingly successful on paper, but inside I had become disconnected - from my work, and from myself. 

I had a deep and growing sense that I was here for more. 

Following my curiosity, I began an experiential dive into breathwork which quickly transformed my state of mind.

Through the process, it became clear that what energizes me most life is creativity and wellbeing (of both the human and planetary kind).

Seemingly separate worlds but I figured there had to be an overlap. Thankfully, the more I explored, the more I learned there was. 

There’s a deep connection between our internal state of consciousness, our ability to create, and our relationship with the natural world around us. 

It’s a big beautiful journey that starts inside our own mind. 

As a certified Flow State Facilitator and Breathwork Facilitator, today I offer transformative experiences and programs that teach teams how to access altered and optimal states of consciousness for creativity, wellbeing and performance.

About the Author

Natasha Ritz is a self-proclaimed explorer of the internal world. This is the first book she’s written. It was born from personal experiences in conjunction with academic learnings from her Behavioural Sciences work. Natasha is a business leader, having led and run multiple businesses in the social enterprise space, helping founders and leaders to operationalise their vision. She brings unique storytelling and knowledge from varied experiences in her life to support the reader on their souling journey as they dive into their innermost self.

I've spent the last 16 years of my career helping social enterprise founders & leaders bring their vision to life. I think my career has been somewhat unconventional to be honest, I guess the thread has always been about real, genuine human connection, experiences and telling stories. I've worked across such a range of businesses and brands in multiple sectors from startup, scale-up to medium and enterprise.  My experience spans B2B, B2C, in-house, agency-side, events, retail, eCommerce, tech, lifestyle, cosmetics, fashion and beyond... a jill of all trades, master of none perhaps.

I'm about 2/3s way through a degree in behavioural sciences at Swinburne which has been a really interesting journey and definitely supports understanding how marketing impacts people, the world and brands. I strongly feel that marketers have a huge responsibility to be using skills to promote positive impact, be it social or environmental. 

My favourite kinds of businesses to work with and lend my time to are those that care about something more meaningful than profit. Social enterprises in environmental sustainability or social impact are where my heart is. We spend 80% of our lives working, might as well work on things we care about and are positive for the world.
