I've spent 10+ years working in technical B2B SaaS companies—from employee #3 stage through Series C. I've been lucky enough to work at companies that got acquired (Knack, Mode Analytics), which taught me a lot about what actually matters when you're building for the long haul.

What I do:
I build product marketing from scratch at technical companies where "product" actually means something in product marketing. My sweet spot is complex products—AI/ML infrastructure, data analytics, developer tools, workflow automation—where you need someone who can talk to engineers and then translate that into messaging that makes sense to buyers.

I've led marketing at places like Wallaroo AI (MLOps infrastructure) and LeadIQ (sales tech). I've also done foundational PMM work at early-stage startups still figuring out their positioning and GTM strategy. Turns out I'm drawn to the messy early stages—building frameworks, setting up processes, helping teams figure out what resonates.

What I've learned:
I care a lot about cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and go-to-market. Too many Product Marketers forget about the "Product" in their title. I actually like working with technical teams to shape what we're building, not just marketing what gets shipped.

I'm comfortable building with constraints. I've rebuilt marketing with little-to-no budget, launched products without big teams, and figured out how to move fast with what we have. Turns out constraints make you creative.

I've gotten pretty good at translating technical complexity. Whether it's ML model deployment, data governance, or gnarly integrations, I can take technical capabilities and turn them into narratives that resonate.

I have strategic and tactical range. I've led teams and worked solo. I've built integrated campaigns and shaped company-wide positioning. I can do the high-level strategy work and also just get stuff done.

Right now:
I'm running ProductColab, helping early-stage technical companies build their marketing foundations—positioning, GTM strategy, messaging, and the cross-functional bits that connect marketing with product.

Now, I personally hate the word “influencer.” I don’t wake up thinking about influence. I wake up thinking about helping PMMs win, sharing what I’ve learned (often the hard way), and hopefully making this field a little less overwhelming and a lot more fun.

If anything, this recognition feels less like “influence” and more like a celebration of what I love most about our community: We teach each other. We experiment together. We lift as we climb.

One of my favorite nights of the year, hands down. ✨

Getting to spend time with the incredible students and fellow mentors from the Experiential Networking class at Cornell University, led by the amazing Stacy Silver, ISHC Silver, is something I look forward to every single year. There is nothing quite like being in a room full of future leaders in hospitality and tech who are curious, thoughtful, ambitious, and already crushing it in their own ways.

What blows me away every time is how quickly these students learn, apply real-world skills, and turn feedback into action. You can literally see the confidence growing in real time. It’s inspiring. It’s energizing. And it gives me so much hope for the future of our industries.

Grateful to play even a small part in their journey and to learn from them just as much as they learn from us. If this is the next generation of leaders, we’re in very good hands. 💛

It's been a hot minute since I posted a #HotTakeTuesday (pun intended 🔥), so here we go...

2025 was a lot of building AI tools, but so many of those tools are just AI wrappers, and wrappers don't age well (just check out my car..yuck!). 

Everything literally looks/feels the same.

Chat-first UI. Agent sidebar. Workflow canvas. It's like buying a car.  From the outside, many look nearly identical (unless you're my husband who knows everything about cars 🤣). Sleek. Modern. Well designed. The difference shows up under the hood.

Models are commodities. UI patterns are standardized. Agent frameworks and vibe coding have made it shockingly easy to recreate most AI “experiences.” Many of these wrappers are straightforward to build yourself. You don’t need to pay for a prettier chat box.

TL;DR...models & UI are commodities. Your [proprietary] customer data is not.

So...I believe that the strongest AI systems in 2026 will be powered by deep, trusted, real-time customer data and persistent memory. Data that reflects real behavior. Real outcomes. Real history.

This is also why I believe context will overtake identity in terms of importance. Knowing who someone is matters far less than understanding what they’re doing right now, what they’ve done before, and the signals they’re emitting across moments and channels. AI that operates on context makes better decisions, faster. Identity provides continuity across systems AND answers who someone is. Context answers what’s happening right now and why it matters which ultimately drives intelligence.  The most effective AI uses identity as the backbone while prioritizing real-time behavior, signals, and history in motion to make better decisions in the moment.

Agent ecosystems amplify this advantage. Real value accumulates in systems that integrate deeply across tools, data sources, and teams. Agents that share context and memory create leverage that no standalone wrapper can deliver. Even if you're able to integrate with a CRM...Integration becomes the moat.

This shift also makes build vs. buy unavoidable. When teams already own their data foundation, building agents on top of that context delivers compounding value from day one. Generic AI tools that start cold every session feel thin fast, no matter how good the UI looks.

In 2026, AI leadership won’t be defined by the best interface or the best out-of-the-box use cases. It will be defined by the best data under the hood.
Models can be copied. UIs can be cloned.  Customer data cannot.

That’s exactly why I’m proud to be building something amazing at Treasure Data that treats data, context, memory, and agent ecosystems as the core of AI.  Everything else is just a shiny wrapper.
