If you want to make more money, run more offers.

Most agency owners and coaches don’t have a sales problem.

They have a visibility problem.

Their offer disappears for weeks, then they wonder why cash flow dries up.

You can have the best product in the world…

But if people don’t see the offer frequently they won’t buy.

Your offer isn’t a one-time announcement.

It’s a repetition game.

Run it again.

Tighten the angle.

Add urgency.

Make it impossible to ignore.

→ Run a 72-hour push with a clear deadline.

→ Add a fast-action bonus (extra 1:1, extra month, early-bird access).

→ Re-pitch your existing clients, they’re easier to close than strangers.

→ Put the offer everywhere: feed, stories, email, DMs.

If your ideal buyers didn’t see your offer at least 3 times this week, assume they didn’t see it at all.

Be honest:

How many real offers did you make this week?

And what happens when you 3x it?

For years, I struggled to explain what I actually did.

Content was good.
Clients were happy.

I stopped trying to be everything…

Most people never get known because they never get specific.

This is the advice I wish someone had told me at 19 years old:

1. Learn sales.

If there’s no sales, there’s no business.

2. Work with A-Players.

Surround yourself with killers.

3. Be coachable.

You know nothing at 19 years old.

4. Find the one.

Get married young and find your one true love.

5. Health is wealth.

It doesn’t matter how much money you have…

If you’re unhealthy, nothing else matters.

6. Money does buy you happiness.

Money gives you options.

Without money, you do not have options.

7. Quit alcohol.

Alcohol makes you a dumbass.

These are the lessons I wish someone drilled into my head a decade ago.

They would’ve saved me years.

Now I’m passing them forward.

Your business doesn’t have a leads problem.

It has an engagement problem. 

Content simply creates leads. 

It’s up to you what you do with them next. 

The reality is:

Most business owners aren’t creating content.

If they are, it doesn’t solve a specific problem. 

If it does, they’re not creating enough content. 

If they are, they’re not engaging with the leads.

The result: 

- Broken content 
- Broken systems
- Broken business 

Here’s how to fix it:

Create content that solves a specific problem for a specific user. 

Release posts 5+ times a week. 

Engage with your leads in DM (don’t be a potato).

Stay top of mind by creating more great content. 

It’s simple but not easy.

You can hide all you want behind your bot views.

But the data never lies my friends.

90% of business owners don’t do this:

They never hit their leads after 45 days.

I mean, they do absolutely nothing.

When a lead enters your world, of course they’re not ready to buy from you.

Think about it...

When have you randomly dropped $10,000 without some thought?

Especially when you’re buying the brand of an aspirational identity.

So as a result, you need to:

1.⁠ ⁠Track religiously

Know all the little details about your prospects.

(Keep it non-creepy lol)

2.⁠ ⁠Personalised follow ups

Follow this structure:

“Hey [name], last time we spoke you mentioned [problem] was holding you back. Did you manage to solve that issue?”

The answer is almost always… No.

And that gives you your edge and wedge to book the call.

Track your leads.

Follow up with intent.

Then you suddenly hit another revenue month.

Briana answered:

"We stopped every single other marketing activity except social media and SMS. There is no better ROI for us than social media. Nothing comes close."

The hosts, Briana and Steve, have done 800+ deals. 

The attendees pressed further. 

They wanted to know how. 

Briana goes into detail:

"I have tried PPC, ads, mailers, cold email, cold calls, SEO, Google ads, local groups, and networking over the past 5 years. Social media has the highest ROI for us."

She continues, 

"If you want to do it, you need a strategy. We have a content calendar. We know what types of videos we have to make each week to bring in leads." 

This social media thing is not going anywhere. 

Remember websites? It's like that, but bigger. 

And everybody knows they need to do it.

PS: Is social media a nice-to-have or a need-to-have for your business?

I have a client who sold over 600 life insurance policies without social media. 4 years later, I can finally show you how they did it.

No selling in their content.
No cold calling or DMing.
No networking.

They started a podcast, but that's not the lesson. I found that these advisors know that money is just a tool. They also know who the right client is, down to how they speak, act, and behave. And they know, on a deeper level, that their clients don't want to talk about money. This creates a massive separation between advisors who get clients from LinkedIn and advisors who don't. 

I have 7 advisors as clients as of today. All 7 decided to stop talking about the market, stocks or investing.

And start talking about YOU. 

YOU = their ideal prospect 

Advising = advice = bad 🔴
Intrigue = curiosity = good 🟢

Advisors look at money as an asset. Regular people look at money as a burden. I call it anti-advising. They pin money as the villain, and give you ideas to make yourself the hero. Same movie, different script.

TLDR: 

Nobody wants an advisor. 
Everybody wants more money. 
Adjust your marketing accordingly.

Every time I get on our monthly call, my business coach asks: “What are you grateful for?”

Last month, it was the ability to slow down.

What I thought was “slowing down” was just stopping the things I truly needed to do to keep progressing.

Fishing, golf and going to the gym are not leisure activities. They are work. The mind works even when you’re not working!

So don’t slow down, just keep doing everything you need to do to keep the engine running, including your “side hobbies” and extracurriculars.

They are curricular.

NOTHING worth doing is a “bonus.”

Everything works together to create you.

The average LinkedIn user has 25 video editors in their network. Here's how to hire the right one👇

Stop hunting for an editor.

Lure them in with content. 
 
🎯 Post videos consistently. 

Good editors will DM you, asking to edit your videos. Most of the people on our team came to me first with, “Hey, I edit. Want a sample?” Sample them, go from there. 
 
🤝 Work your network. 

Ask every podcast host you know: “Who’s producing your show?” Most producers juggle 5–10 podcasts. If they’re good, they can probably take one more.
 
🧪 Give a test, not a thesis. 

Share 3–5 minutes of raw video. 

Ask for:  

• a clean edit  
• a title and thumbnail idea  
• 2 short clips with captions  

Turnaround in 48–72 hours. 

You’ll know fast.
 
✅ Good: Proactive, asks questions, offers a sample.  
❌ Bad: Misses the first deadline, uses AI for captions
 
Bottom line: publish, attract, filter, hire.  

Let your content pull the right people to you.
