You triple your outreach.
Triple your call volume.
Triple your marketing efforts.

Sounds kind of obvious, right?

Now, you might not exactly triple your business (or biceps).

But it would be pretty cool if you doubled it.

Are you building a sand castle or an empire?

Most online businesses are like a sand castle:

Look decent from a distance.

But the second you touch them, they fall apart.

If you want to get shit done, do it in person.

4. Building a large sales team

The goal is to have 20–25 people in our sales team this year.

We teach sales, so we better have a top 1% sales team.

5. Split focus

I’m not doing it alone. I have a COO and Head of Education.

Scaling aggressively requires a plan.

You shouldn’t have to do more work to scale.
