Do it when you’re at peak energy.

You’ll never scale past the foundations of the business.

Take a good hard look at what you built, is it an empire or a sand castle?

I'm a Learning and Development Leader with 20 years of global experience in corporate training and talent development. I help companies to make people the key driver of organisations' success, and talents to grow and thrive. I have worked across diverse geographies and cultures (Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Americas) and developed high cultural sensitivity as a result. I have experience in multiple industries: fintech, e-commerce, logistics, consumer electronics, software, and technology.

Some examples of my results include:

✅ Directed the creation and deployment of the very first people manager development and certification program at Revolut. Certified ~700 people managers, achieved 95% program satisfaction rate and improvements in manager KPIs. 

✅ Successfully led a cross-functional workstream comprised of senior stakeholders and executives (directors and heads of various business units) tasked with creating a new learning and engagement strategy, and selecting a cutting-edge learning platform for a network of 1000+ Farfetch partners (brands and boutiques). 

✅ Built Learning & Development team for Uber in-person support centers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (>100 centers/ >600 employees/ >30 countries).

I enjoy working in human-centric organizations with a collaborative culture. I always feel energized by brainstorming ideas for novel products and services and strive to find creative approaches to solving problems.
