I still remember the feeling the first time I posted content..

It was 2020.

I was sitting in a tiny apartment in Dublin.

Rain smashing off the window, like it does every single day in an Irish winter.

And I was on the edge of my bed…
quivering over my phone…
hovering over the “Post” button.

“What will my friends say?”
“Who does he think he is?”
“Is this cringe?”

I almost deleted it the second it went live.

Fired a bunch. Made the hard calls.

But when you can spot a gem, your life instantly gets easier.

You don’t need to do everything.

You need to do the thing you’re great at, for longer than everyone else, and double down on it.

Most people won’t even delegate ordering a Starbucks coffee…

Which is exactly why they’re stuck in a perpetual loop inside their business.

Focus on selling more.
Focus on hiring more.

You’ll break every revenue plateau you’re stuck in and finally hit a new milestone.

If you want to make more money, run more offers.

Most agency owners and coaches don’t have a sales problem.

They have a visibility problem.

Their offer disappears for weeks, then they wonder why cash flow dries up.

You can have the best product in the world…

But if people don’t see the offer frequently they won’t buy.

Your offer isn’t a one-time announcement.

It’s a repetition game.

Run it again.

Tighten the angle.

Add urgency.

Make it impossible to ignore.

→ Run a 72-hour push with a clear deadline.

→ Add a fast-action bonus (extra 1:1, extra month, early-bird access).

→ Re-pitch your existing clients, they’re easier to close than strangers.

→ Put the offer everywhere: feed, stories, email, DMs.

If your ideal buyers didn’t see your offer at least 3 times this week, assume they didn’t see it at all.

Be honest:

How many real offers did you make this week?

And what happens when you 3x it?

For years, I struggled to explain what I actually did.

Content was good.
Clients were happy.
But growth was inconsistent.

The turning point was this:

I stopped trying to be everything…

and focused on the one painful problem we solved better than anyone else.

Most people never get known because they never get specific.

This is the advice I wish someone had told me at 19 years old:

1. Learn sales.

If there’s no sales, there’s no business.

2. Work with A-Players.

Surround yourself with killers.

3. Be coachable.

You know nothing at 19 years old.

4. Find the one.

Get married young and find your one true love.

5. Health is wealth.

It doesn’t matter how much money you have…

If you’re unhealthy, nothing else matters.

6. Money does buy you happiness.

Money gives you options.

Without money, you do not have options.

7. Quit alcohol.

Alcohol makes you a dumbass.

These are the lessons I wish someone drilled into my head a decade ago.

They would’ve saved me years.

Now I’m passing them forward.

Most businesses don’t fail because of talent.

You can hide all you want behind your bot views.

But the data never lies my friends.

90% of business owners don’t do this:

They never hit their leads after 45 days.

I mean, they do absolutely nothing.

When a lead enters your world, of course they’re not ready to buy from you.

Think about it...

When have you randomly dropped $10,000 without some thought?

Especially when you’re buying the brand of an aspirational identity.

So as a result, you need to:

1.⁠ ⁠Track religiously

Know all the little details about your prospects.

(Keep it non-creepy lol)

2.⁠ ⁠Personalised follow ups

Follow this structure:

“Hey [name], last time we spoke you mentioned [problem] was holding you back. Did you manage to solve that issue?”

The answer is almost always… No.

And that gives you your edge and wedge to book the call.

Track your leads.

Follow up with intent.

Then you suddenly hit another revenue month.

Founders are out here building a ‘personal brand’ (a.k.a. dating profile) on Instagram..

You need a repeatable delivery mechanism.

But time and time again…

Entrepreneurs run in circles with unpredictable processes.

Yet expect predictable results, doing it their way.

Do the same sh*t that kept you stuck in 2025.

A pretty cool dude once said something to the effect:

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results.

But most people run around the internet doing the same sh*t:

- Making no changes to their offer

- Creating the same vanilla content no one cares about (Or… creating AI slime content)

- Hiding under a rock to avoid learning sales (or worse, not taking calls at all)

Then complaining that “business is hard” lol

If you don’t change, nothing will change.

Turn your offer into a painkiller.

Run your offer to 100 people a day.

Make the 1% changes in your content daily.
