BRUTAL HONESTY: I hate copywriting for 4-5 figure offers. 

More specifically… 

I hate using copywriting to put more sales calls on a calendar. 

WHY do that when you can use your words to SELL those 4-5 figure offers instead?  

From start to finish. 

I know there’s a stigma around high ticket offers…

That they can ONLY be sold with sales calls dressed up in strategy session clothing. 

Says who though? 

As far as I could see… 

That was a bald-headed assumption that nobody actually wanted to believe.

If you’ve read this far, you’re probably wondering what my current business has to do with “Industrial Services”.

The answer: 

Nothing. 

Except that it taught me the difference between HARD work and SMART work. 

When I first started as an engineer… 

I spent several hours a day lifting, moving, and hauling heavy things. 

In some ways, I loved the challenge. 

I was young. And I went to the gym, a lot.

But every day I’d lose chunks of skin from my knuckles.

I’d come home bruised. 

Battered. 

Bloodied. 

Before I arrived, the business had 2-3 men working the jobs. 

After I arrived, it ended up just being me. 

I worked so hard the owner realised he could cut costs because he didn’t need to pay for other men to help. 

The result? 

I had to work even harder. 

Despite what gurus preach about the hustle culture…

The only thing my hard work got me was MORE hard work. 

Yet… 

When I became Director. 

I did everything in my power to make sure we worked SMART instead. 

The result of that? 

We got 5 days work done in 3. 

Then 2. 

Before long, we were in a position to charge 2-3x more while working 2-3x less. 

Since then? 

I’ve brought the same attitude to everything I do. 

Both for my own business AND for my clients.

I’ve become obsessed with finding ways to get 2x… 5x… 10x more juice from the squeeze. 

Over the past couple of years...

I’ve helped hundreds of coaches & consultants to put over $4 million worth of big ticket clients into their programs…

…without them having to stumble through ad accounts, do their best Wolf of Wall Street impressions on sales calls, or grow huge teams that require constant management. 

That way…

They get to spend more time LEADING and IMPACTING their clients.

And less time doing the things they hate.

There are only two ways to close high paying clients: 

1. With sales calls
2. WITHOUT sales calls 

Most coaches & consultants fall into the first category.

Because they were taught “you can ONLY sell 4-5 figure offers on the phone”. 

That usually means incredible LEADERS, THINKERS and CREATORS have to spend most of their time & energy booking calls and selling…

…instead of being free to focus on sharing their superpower with the world. 


❌ Worst case scenario: They spend their days scrambling to get people on the phone. 


❌ Best case scenario: They spend 10 hours on the phone every day to close 2 or 3 in every 10. 


Both scenarios lead to the same problem... 

Where is the time for leading, coaching and LIVING?!

The reason people need sales calls is because their offer is HARD to say YES to. 

How do I know? 

Because even with 60-minutes of convincing using the best sales scripts, people are still walking away saying “let me think about it” or “that’s too expensive” more often than not.

On the other hand: 

➤ Mercedes… 

➤ Rolex…

➤ Apple…

Collectively have offers that range from $500 to $250,000+… 

And they all have folks lining up to buy. 

Even when the price tag is far above their competitors. 

It’s not “branding” that achieves this. 

Although it certainly helps. 

It’s that they know WHAT they’re REALLY selling. 

(Hint – it’s never the product) 

What does that mean for those businesses? 

They don’t need sales calls to talk people into buying. 

YOU can do the same with YOUR offer. 

I’ve totally figured out how to take new (or old) offers and (re)position them into what I call G3 offers – offers that make your perfect clients say Gimme Gimme Gimme when they see them! 

Once you have a G3 offer? 

It's easy to enroll new paying clients WITHOUT sales calls. 

I use a short messenger chat & a Google doc to do it for offers up to $30k. 

Here’s how it looks in practice:
