📢   Merged su53 Solutions with Dutch firm to form Integrc. Responsible for day to day running of UK business accountable for operations, revenue, P&L, people and clients.

💼   Executive board member of parent company overseeing strategy for global operations, post merger focussed on ensuring effectiveness of the merged entity and then driving up margins.

🆒   I led strategic change projects that delivered key market differentiation and which increased like for like project margins by over 20% and enabled client projects to be completed on average 37% quicker. The developed assets later became a key reason Integrc was acquired by EY. I led the design and development of the related implementation methodology and approach for implementing SAP GRC solutions which later became embedded into EY’s own implementation methodology. This involved the development of various accelerators and enablers as well as a universal methodology for implementation. The developed IP won industry awards three years in a row.

🏆 I transformed how we managed projects by implementing automation, workflow, processes and methodologies that negated the need to hire external PMO resources for client projects, reducing resourcing costs on every project.

😎   I led high performing teams implementing SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control for UK clients, working with the consulting teams, solution designers, client stakeholders and third party service providers to implement solutions that helped resolve audit deficiencies.

⚙   I also led various large projects for clients to improve the use of SAP GRC. I also championed effective integration of SAP GRC technologies: Access Control, Process Control and Risk Management.
