The Manufacturing Forge Alliance

This morning I spilled coffee grounds all over my counter.

K-cups went up in price (again), so I bought grounds instead. More economical.
First fill? 

Dropped the reusable cup. Coffee everywhere.
My immediate thought: "Waste. Material loss. Process failure."

I live in a world where I see nearly everything as a playing field for continuous improvement.

Grocery aisles become supply chain exercises. Traffic jams become throughput problems. Spilled coffee becomes a lesson in handling procedures.
It can be painful.

But this is exactly how I help manufacturers, I see the waste they've learned to ignore.  The bottlenecks they think are "just how it is."  The hidden capacity sitting right there on the counter.

When you build facilities across the US, lead ISO certifications, and transform plant floors into award-winning workplaces, you don't turn off that lens.
You bring it to every client. Every project. Every problem.
Including my morning coffee routine.
