You know how entrepreneurs struggle with everything, everywhere, all at once? Yep. So do I.

Given the fact that I am now old enough to remember the comet that killed the dinosaurs, I've made so many wild mistakes across so many industries and so many attempts to be an adult, that I figured that I had better be honest about it. Firstly, because someone, somewhere might have photos to prove what I did in the 90s. Secondly, because age comes with a certain level of "don't give a damn" that I am enjoying leveraging.

So what do I do?

1. Create a lot of content online because I enjoy it and I am an attention-seeking show pony.
2. Train organisations in digital skills, AI adoption and speaking confidence.
3. Train individuals in all those same things in-person and online.
4. Buy distressed retail and food/bev businesses, fix them and grow them.
5. Train small business owners Australia-wide on behalf of Meta AU/NZ.
6. Deliver digital advisory services for the ASBAS Digital Solutions program.
7. Deliver an innovation and entrepreneurship program for Darwin Innovation Hub.
8. Write long lists of things that I do.

The Catholic Diocese of Darwin holds the distinction of being the largest Catholic Diocese in Australia, in terms of physical coverage. It includes 18 parishes, 18 schools, various agencies such as Catholic Care NT, Catholic Education NT, and St. Vincent de Paul, along with a range of other ministries and programs. 

I've been instrumental in:

•	Advising and supporting the Bishop of Darwin and the NT, who also serves as the National Chair of the Bishops Commission for Relations with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples (BCRATSIP), with a focus on Marketing and Creative Communications employing Psychographic segmentation. 
•	Pioneering the development of the Catholic Diocese of Darwin's inaugural logo. 

•	Conceiving and implementing an animated character and series, rooted in local indigenous culture and values, to engage a burgeoning audience across the Northern Territory and beyond.

•	Introducing a sub-brand aimed at consistently conveying messages and values to a critical target audience over the mid to long term.

I was accountable to the CEO and COO, and on select special projects, I reported directly to the CMD. Some of my achievements during this tenure include:
•	Spearheading a dynamic team of 8, fostering significant growth across multiple markets, brands, and platforms. This substantial contribution played a pivotal role in our recognition through various prestigious awards and accolades, including consecutive 'Superbrand' titles, World Travel Awards, and Aviation Business Awards.

This venerable conglomerate boasts noteworthy Joint Ventures with prominent entities such as AXA, American Express, BASF, Maersk, AkzoNobel, and others.

I had the honour of being an integral part of a visionary team that forged enduring partnerships and achieved record-breaking sales exceeding one billion AED. My key contributions included:

•	Collaborating closely with Regional Heads to formulate comprehensive strategies encompassing Marketing, Partnerships, Supplier Management, Geographic Expansion, and Merger/Acquisition/Joint Venture endeavours.

•	As a core member of the team, I worked in tandem with Senior Executives, Vice Presidents, and Senior Management of various airlines to craft strategic partnerships across the Middle East, a feat that elevated our status as the 'top sales driver' and 'top-performing TMC' in the UAE.
