10 years of restaurant experience, I applied my skills to an entrepreneurial venture called The Personal Caterer to provide a tailored fine dining experience in-home.

-	Provides curated fine dining experiences and leads both the design and execution of menus tailored to guests’ preferences and budget. Experiences have ranged from holiday events to special occasions and in-home entertaining.
-	Responsible for the entire sales process including lead generation and invoicing.  

- 7 years later, I sold the company to pursue my Sales Career.

I cofounded Jupiter Events, a profitable events company which has experienced significant growth year over year. Our most successful event, the annual Uxbridge Music & Arts Festival has grown 25% in the past five years, and is now in partnership with Hits 105.5FM. 

-	Responsible for overseeing execution of all events, fostering relationships with local enterprises to develop annual sponsorship plans and marketing events through local channels.
