Leadership and results: As a leader in engagement, I’ve guided teams to deliver tangible outcomes, from fostering employer networks to supporting workforce development projects.
Mental health advocacy: As a trustee with Mates in Mind, I’m committed to improving mental health awareness and support across the construction sector.

I am passionate about the power of coaching which is a critical tool across my professional practice. 

I have operated as a coach for nearly 20 years and am privileged to work with incredible individuals from across the globe. 

My experience of coaching is that it can effect positive change everywhere from the boardroom to the street.

I  embarked on a professional Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring programme with Oxford Brookes University in October 2021 and am absolutely thrilled to be in a position to undertake research in this important subject area.
