I work with leaders to intentionally design remote organisations & ways of working, laying the foundations for rapid scaling, long-term organisational health, and a globally distributed workforce.

I spent 2021 at Oyster, scaling their fully-remote (globally distributed) company from 14 to 500 people (and a $1bn valuation). Which was absolutely wild.

I work mostly at the intersection of system design, human behaviour, remote work & operations. I'm convinced that knowledge work has no borders and the "remote work revolution" has the power to make the world a fairer and more equal place for everyone. Globally distributed companies are the future.  And the remote workplace should be diverse, safe & supportive for all.

I talk about "Organisational Health" a lot because healthy orgs feel calm when ploughing through unknown waters at 1000mph and can operate on the edge of chaos without being chaotic: much better for our people, and our business. Since systemic health problems have a disproportionately large effect on distributed remote teams (and quickly compound with scale), I'm on a mission to help folks be more intentional about how they design & transform remote-first orgs.

I am a teaching-oriented technologist driven by a simple belief: technology should empower people, not complicate their work. My passion is translating complex technical capabilities into practical, intuitive solutions that drive efficiency and growth. This philosophy is the foundation of true Digital Transformation—making advanced tools accessible and effective for everyone in an organization.

My process begins with a deep dive into an organization's core challenges to enable genuine Process Optimization. I architect and implement robust Business Process Automation (BPA) strategies that go beyond simple task management. By designing intelligent Workflow Automation systems, I eliminate redundancies, reduce manual error, and unlock a team’s most valuable resource: time to focus on strategic work. The key is seamless API Integration, creating a unified tech stack where data flows effortlessly and insights are always at hand.

This dual focus on strategy and execution is reflected in my current roles. As an Automation Specialist at Flow Digital, I build the technical infrastructure for clients using powerful iPaaS platforms like Zapier and Make. At BITE7, I apply this expertise as a GTM Generalist, building the automated operational backbone that powers our marketing and engagement strategies.

Today, my focus is evolving from traditional automation to the frontier of Intelligent Automation (IA). I am deeply immersed in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to create systems that don't just follow rules but also learn and adapt. My work with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)—including hands-on experience with the OpenAI API and frameworks like LangChain—allows me to develop sophisticated AI-Powered Solutions.

Through precise Prompt Engineering and an understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), I can automate complex communication and content creation tasks. 

Ultimately, I am an AI Automation Specialist who acts as a bridge between technical possibility and business reality. I don't just build systems; I build understanding and empower teams to thrive in an increasingly automated world.
