• Launched Cinnabon TikTok account after successfully pitching strategy and execution plan to senior leadership on how it aligns with the brand’s goals. TikTok account content yielded 17m+ views, 1.5m+ engagements, and 85k+ followers within 7 months despite entering an already competitive environment for brands on the platform.  

• Led creative strategy for TikTok and IG Reels paid social campaigns, guiding internal creative department on what content resonates, as well as building supplementary campaign content. Became first brand in company to integrate TikTok ads into their digital marketing strategies to attract the Gen Z demographic.

• Managed one of the Cinnabon's largest surprise merch drops to fans on social as an extension of its 'Sun's Out Bons Out' summer campaign. Over 125+ specialized boxes were distributed across the country, with over 72% of recipients publicly posting about it on social.
