Strong focus on new accounts, lending and mortgage applications through Kpis at branch level and ongoing training and mentoring.

On my year anniversary i was promoted to running the call centre. This involved promoting 3 Shift Managers running 60 telesales staff themselves running 3 shifts a day and working 7 days a week booking appointments. Also running 15 sales reps across 4 branches in the UK.
