My Story

Three years ago, I moved from Holland to the Portuguese mountains to escape burnout.

It didn't work.

Working 8am-10pm. Phone at dinner. Snapping at my kids - I remained stuck in survival mode.

My chest was tight. Mind racing. I'd lost the ability to feel what my body was saying.

That wake-up call changed everything.

I stopped trying to push through my dysregulation and instead started treating through somatic work and regulation.

Now I help other sensitive and neurodiverse founders do the same.

I’m Jasmine, and my work focuses on helping individuals, teams, and organizations develop confidence, resilience, and the skills to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

My approach is shaped by my own experiences growing up. Facing a period of traumatic grief, I sought personal growth through teaching and living abroad, eventually working in 11 different countries. This journey gave me deep insight into navigating challenges, building resilience, and the importance of personal development—insights I now bring to workshops, coaching sessions, and organizational learning programs.

Over the years, my international career in education has shown me firsthand the pressures young people face, often amplified by social media and modern life. I now translate this experience into actionable strategies for individuals, families, and teams, helping them strengthen wellbeing, communication, and professional skills.

Positive Psychology & AI: Creating leadership with innovation

“I’m ashamed to feel… I must be bad if I have bad feelings.”

In my work with teens, I often see this belief.
 
Many young people grow up thinking that anger, jealousy, sadness, or frustration mean there’s something wrong with them — rather than understanding that these emotions are simply part of being human.

Teens especially can struggle with this while they’re still figuring out who they are. When they don’t feel truly understood, they may start judging themselves for what they feel. Listening with genuine curiosity — asking open questions and really hearing their thoughts without rushing to fix or dismiss them — can make a powerful difference.

With gentle guidance and reassurance that all feelings are valid (even the uncomfortable ones), teens begin to feel seen, heard, and safer in expressing their true selves.
