• Identify and attract high-potential Web3, blockchain, and crypto companies for advertising on our news media platform.
• Negotiate and successfully close multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue, comfortably handling deals.
• Proactively search for and generate new leads with a focus on high-quality global Web3, blockchain, and crypto companies, understanding their business needs and goals, and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects. 
• Develop and implement customized sales strategies for Web3 clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform.
• Provide regular reports on lead status and sales progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using our CRM system, HubSpot.
• Conduct regular research on market product offerings, industry trends, technologies, and best practices to effectively position our offerings in the market and stay ahead of competitor activities in the Web3, blockchain, and crypto spaces.
• Performing other tasks approved by the parties additionally and attend networking events for new clients.

B2B Sales Manager

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Crypto, Trading platforms, Exchanges, derivatives, futures and ops, and B2B, and B2C sales within the region. 
• Identify and prospect potential institutional clients, including banks, financial institutions, corporates, and hedge funds. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the institutional client base. 
• Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and present product offerings to drive sales growth.
