Even if you’re a beginner, it has the power to transform your life.

Five years ago, I was feeling restless because there were so many thoughts racing through my mind.

The reason was simple: I was overthinking and consuming a lot of content from books, podcasts, newsletters, and videos.

But...

As I started writing whatever came to mind without adding a filter, everything started changing:

1. I got clarity.

3. My thoughts slow down.

Writing improves my overall life.

These days, I write everything in my notebook because it helps me introspect and reflect on my whole life.

It acts as a mirror.

Writing is thinking on paper.

In my early days, one of my writing inspirations was Tim Ferriss, who introduced me to the concept of Morning Pages.

The concept is quite simple: you have to write whatever you’re feeling in a notebook or a journal without judging yourself.
