Hey, I’m Dani, a social media and digital marketing strategist with over a decade of experience turning brands into connections that matter. From scaling social media channels to building thriving online communities, I specialize in blending strategy, creativity, and data to drive real results.

•	Worked as part of a cross-functional product squad throughout the entire lifecycle of Bizzabo’s virtual event venue and attendee experience  – from ideation to execution to launch and beyond.
•	Led an exploratory research process and collaborated with the product team to create a roadmap for the new B2B2C SaaS platform. Research activities included: secondary research, competitive intelligence, surveys, interviews; in order to help refine user-personas, customer journeys and jobs-to-be-done.
•	Developed usability-testing and feedback strategies to continually optimize the experience of event attendees.
•	Executed a successful in-product feedback system across Bizzabo’s full range of digital products. Led the vendor selection process and worked directly with the development team to integrate the system into our platform.
•	Partnered with product and data to establish KPIs, success metrics and develop efficient measurement strategies. 
•	Implemented and executed on-going customer facing activities to get product feedback, to ensure the product development process met customer and business needs. Presented outcomes and insights to executive leadership.
•	Collaborated with product marketing, sales engineering and other go-to-market stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption from existing and new customers.
•	Operational work including: vendor selection, implementing new processes, and building a research repository. 
•	Assisted in growing the research team from three to seven researchers – sourced and interviewed candidates, mentored interns and new hires.
