This was successful application for Z-95 Vancouver, Canada’s first Hip Hop format radio.  It was CISL Richmond the AM, counterpart, which created the Vancouver FM application to the CRTC. I was tasked with (and the assistance of our diverse 8 person team), in creating, and successfully POP and presenting to the CRTC, as the de facto Program Director and was responsible for the creation of the 127 hours of full foreground and music.
