Se mi mandi un vocale per dirmi qualcosa che poteva stare in due righe di testo, il messaggio implicito è:

“Il mio tempo vale più del tuo.”

Perché tu sei troppo impegnato per scrivere,
mentre io, evidentemente, non faccio nulla tutto il giorno e aspetto solo di ascoltare la tua voce per 47 secondi.

Spoiler: non funziona così.

Impariamo a scrivere, non è così difficile.

E il tempo degli altri va rispettato.

Alternativa: usa il dettatore.
Per te non cambia nulla.
Per chi lo riceve cambia tutto.

Scrivere o contattare un’altra persona è anche responsabilità del tempo che chiediamo.

Ho parlato con Laura Bordin, Head of Design di PagoPA S.p.A., di App IO, servizi pubblici, tecnologia. Ma soprattutto di responsabilità del design, nella bella location di H-FARM

A un certo punto ha detto una cosa che vale più di mille analisi su AI, trend e hype:

“Forse sarò una voce fuori dal coro, ma non parlerò di tecnologia. Il futuro del design è diventare più forte in quello che sa fare bene: ascolto, comprensione dei bisogni, umanizzazione.”

Viviamo in un ecosistema digitale che ci isola dietro interfacce ottimizzate per la conferma. La fiducia nei servizi, nella tecnologia e nelle istituzioni si gioca anche su questo.

Il rischio non è solo progettare male. È disumanizzare.

E qui il design ha ancora una leva chiara: rimettere le persone reali al centro. 

Anche quelle che non ci assomigliano, che non stanno nei nostri feed, che non useremmo come “persona” in un workshop.

Questo è il punto. E forse anche la sfida più seria dei prossimi anni.

Domanda alla mia rete: riuscite ancora a restare concentrati a lungo?
Come va la vostra soglia di attenzione?

Parlando con amici e colleghi, sempre più persone mi dicono di faticare a leggere testi lunghi, a restare nel flow su un progetto, a non saltare da una tab all’altra.

E non mi sorprende, visto che viviamo in un ambiente che ci spinge a cambiare focus di continuo:

- i feed infiniti
- notifiche che interrompono qualsiasi cosa
- chat che aprono mille micro-conversazioni

Ma secondo me l’impatto più forte, negli ultimi mesi, arriva dagli LLM:
→ ci spingono al multitasking, con più chat e più tool aperti contemporaneamente
→ mentre i modelli elaborano la risposta, apriamo tab, email e social in un giro rapido e spesso inutile, per poi tornare alla chat dopo pochi secondi

Tutto questo riduce la nostra capacità di mantenere l’attenzione.

Rende più difficile entrare nel flow e abbassa la tolleranza verso attività che richiedono più impegno.

Oggi dobbiamo decidere se accettare un’attenzione sempre più frammentata oppure progettare un cambiamento che aiuti le persone a ritrovare spazio, calma e focus.

E tu, come la vedi?

Mettere l’AI nel tuo prodotto non è innovazione.
È panico mascherato. Negli ultimi mesi, sempre stessa conversazione:

“Come possiamo usare l’AI nel nostro prodotto?”
(Traduco: “Dove possiamo appiccicarla per non sembrare indietro?”)

Spoiler:
Se il tuo prodotto era terribile prima, sarà terribile anche dopo.
Solo che ora sprechi anche token.

L’AI non:
- risolve il posizionamento
- copre la mancanza di visione
- sostituisce il contatto con gli utenti

Non è una strategia. È un mezzo.

Ma la FOMO ha vinto.
E allora via: chatbot a caso, suggerimenti generativi non richiesti, automazioni che generano solo confusione.

Nessuno ti obbliga a metterla.
Nessuno ti punisce se non lo fai.

La vera innovazione è ascoltare il mercato, parlare con i clienti, risolvere problemi concreti che gli altri non sanno risolvere. 

Il resto è rumore.
Con IA o senza.

E forse, oggi, la scelta più lucida è dire: “No, qui non serve.”

ChatGPT introduce lo shopping research 

Si possono fare molte riflessioni sull’impatto che queste piattaforme avranno sulla user experience.

Ma c’è un punto che continua a piacermi più di tutti: la loro volontà di studiare davvero il comportamento umano.

Lo shopping research incarna proprio questo: costruire funzionalità basate sulle nostre abitudini, su ciò che cerchiamo, sui criteri con cui valutiamo.

ChatGPT indaga, chiarisce, filtra, confronta,
Assorbe criteri, preferenze, priorità.
E in pochi minuti produce una guida d’acquisto che riflette il nostro modo di scegliere.

Per queste piattaforme è il passaggio chiave:

portare l’esperienza verso l’utente,
invece che l'utente verso l'esperienza

(ma non vale per tutti)

Peak Season: se la UX non è pronta, le performance non lo saranno.

Ogni visita ha un costo più alto, ed il tuo brand deve essere pronto.

Ecco 7 azioni UX concrete:

→ Inizia a testare in anticipo l’esperienza (CTA, banner, form, ecc.)
→ Usa dati comportamentali (hover rate, exposure rate…)
→ Crea promozioni scalabili e pianifica il traffico
→ Riduci il carico cognitivo (evita overload informativo)
→ Rispondi alle domande dell’utente durante il percorso, non alla fine
→ Semplifica filtri e sorting, fondamentali per B2C
→ Rimuovi attriti (form con errori, tempi lenti, elementi non funzionanti)
→ Usa Experience Monitoring e Session Replay come Contentsquare

(Anche se in questo periodo, sembra di si)

Non c'è nulla di male, ma non è mai troppo tardi per ricordare un concetto fondamentale: rebrand non è cambiare logo, colori e tipografia.

How it works
It will help you run AI on your terminal with access to your tools via api or MCP servers. This way can generate agents able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (Claude's agent function).
Best of all? It's so smart that it builds itself.

For the past couple of days, it produced reports, prepared a CRM list of prospects, prepared my meetings, created an updated task list, and  documented each step (it also updates itself if you make it smart with documentation)

I am mindblown.

All you need is a Claude subscription (but you can also use Gemini for free to begin with or add more AIs with smaller models for heavy lifting)

I have no coding experience and was able to build it.

I switched from Notion to Obsidian, and my life got better

Am I crazy?

As much as I love Notion, I needed my place. A calm and peaceful place to organise myself and my ''brain''.

I tried Obsidian before, but didn't like the UI.. There's a bit of a learning curve, while Notion is a playground.

But here's the thing: I'm getting the best of both worlds.

Obsidian is connected with my agents that document everything I need ➡️ then I push all relevant company updates on Notion for team management

That cuts the noise for me, and I think I only scratched the surface.

Wait until you take a look at Antigravity.

Released by Google, it’s like if Lovable had a baby with Cursor’s code view. The feature set is wild:

• Distinct Plan / Code / Review modes.
• Generates and edits images internally with "nano banana" (yes, really).
• Runs multiple AI agents on different tasks simultaneously (like editing w/ comments à la Notion).
• Has a built-in browser agent debugger that actually tests the platform.

I can’t wait to test this over the weekend.
