Dans l'absence du responsable du département j'assure le bon déroulement du bureau et travail administratif avec aisance sur les outils informatiques telles que Fidélio, Micros, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint et Internet en général. J'assure la communication avec le client, l’élaboration des offres et des contrats.
Je participe à l’élaboration des prévisions des budgets mensuels et annuels, au contrôle des dépenses, à la préparation du plan de marketing et aux projets de l'avenir.
Je gère les commandes du département et la planification du temps de travail et aussi la propreté des lieux, les températures en visant le confort du client et tout qui concerne lumière et son.

A travers une expérience positive et polyvalente de 2 ans au sein de l’hôtel Palafitte
(5 étoiles), j’ai développé différentes aptitudes en dehors de mon poste de chef de
rang. En effet, je me suis occupé également de la gestion du bar, du room-service,
des banquets et séminaires ainsi que la formation du nouveau personnel.
De plus, au cours de précédentes expériences, j’ai pu accroître mes capacités de
négociation et de gestion lors de prises de commandes avec des fournisseurs. Par
ailleurs, j’ai été en charge de l’organisation du personnel et des plannings.
