Job Description: Client Services Associate

Fort de mon expérience dans l’immobilier et la gestion d’équipes multiculturelles (notamment au Portugal et en Angleterre), je suis spécialisé dans la mise en place de stratégies commerciales adaptées aux marchés internationaux et dans l’optimisation des relations clients. Grâce à ma maîtrise de quatre langues (français, anglais, danois et portugais), je peux aisément évoluer sur des marchés internationaux et établir des relations solides avec des clients du monde entier.

Au cours des quatre dernières années, j’ai mené à bien plus de 20 transactions immobilières d’envergure, générant un chiffre d’affaires de plus de 7,6 millions d’euros. En 2021, j’ai particulièrement surpassé les objectifs en concluant 9 ventes pour un montant total de 2,8 millions d’euros.

En tant que mandataire immobilier et chef d’équipe, j’ai su développer mon portefeuille client tout en mettant en place des stratégies de vente innovantes, en particulier via le marketing digital, et en assurant le suivi des performances de mon équipe. Aujourd’hui, je souhaite me tourner vers un poste axé sur le développement des ventes à l’international, où mon rôle sera d’établir et de développer des relations commerciales avec des partenaires étrangers, tout en pilotant les stratégies de vente sur différents marchés pour maximiser la croissance et les revenus à l’échelle mondiale.
