Ich habe viele Sportarten ausprobiert.
Aber nichts hat mich so konsequent auf den Boden der Tatsachen (oder der Matte?) gebracht wie BJJ.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu lebt von Technik.
Nicht von Gewicht.
Nicht von Kraft.
Nicht von Ego.

Mein Coach steht auf dem Bild in der Mitte.
Rund 30 Kilo leichter als ich.
Und trotzdem hat niemand eine Chance gegen ihn.

Sport war für mich schon immer wichtig.
Aber in dieser Phase meines Lebens habe ich wieder etwas gelernt:

Niederlagen nicht zu erklären.
Nicht auszuweichen.
Sondern sie anzunehmen und weiterzuarbeiten.

Wo kämpfst du noch mit Kraft,
obwohl Lernen, Technik und Geduld
dich eigentlich weiterbringen würden?

PS: Ich vermisse es, zwei Stunden darum zu kämpfen, nicht aufgeben zu müssen 😂

Erst nach dem Singulieren erfolgt das Scannen

Die meisten wissen genau, was zu tun wäre.
Gesünder essen.

Dranbleiben, auch wenn es nervt.

Disziplin entsteht nicht durch Motivation.
Sondern durch Wiederholung.

Jeden.
Einzelnen.
Tag.

Ich konnte bereits als 16-Jähriger besser im Team arbeiten als viele Erwachsene.

Im Fußball ist das simpel.
Spielt eine Person nicht mit, verlierst du.

Im Team ist vieles möglich.
Alleine fast nichts.

Und trotzdem scheitern Teams nicht an fehlendem Talent,
sondern an Ego, Verantwortungslosigkeit und schlechter Kommunikation.

Teamarbeit heißt:
- Verantwortung übernehmen
- Stärken einzelner Personen gezielt nutzen
- ein gemeinsames Ziel haben und sich auch mal unterordnen

Genau das können viele Erwachsene nicht.

Hast du mehr Teamgeist als ein 16-jähriger Fußballer?

Und nein,
