I’m a former D1 athlete. GO BEARCATS. I live in the Miami, FL with my badass wife, Ari, who is arguably a way better marketer than I am. You can say we are a marketing power couple. 

I’ve spent most of my marketing career focused on Marketing Operations (at companies like SnackNation, Oracle, ChowNow, ServiceTitan, and Clearbit). BUT, I have a love for all types of marketing because to be great at Marketing Ops - you need to be well versed in all of marketing. I started The Marketing Millennials as a way to meet other marketers - and I can officially say mission accomplished.

It all started with a simple desire to connect with fellow health entrepreneurs. I wanted to learn from their experiences & share ideas. 

That's how 'The Health Hustle Podcast' was born...

I founded 'The Health Hustlers' community to scratch my own itch... to connect with health-related entrepreneurs in Austin, Texas.

There are so many business owners in this field that are incredibly passionate about health and helping people... but nobody was bringing them together.

What began as a small gathering at Easy Tiger quickly grew into a thriving community of 1,500+ health hustlers... 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘇𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝘄𝗲'𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲.

I remember one member who was struggling to market their new wellness program. Through the group, they connected with another member who had expertise in digital marketing, leading to a successful collaboration that boosted both of their businesses...

I remember one client, a personal trainer, who suffered a severe hand injury that threatened his career. We worked together meticulously, designing a personalized therapy plan that combined manual techniques, customized exercises, and adaptive strategies...

My summers at the YMCA camp were a whirlwind of activity...

Imagine dozens of kids, each with boundless energy and unique personalities, all under the summer sun. 𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺-𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴...

...One day, a sudden thunderstorm forced us to change plans completely. I had to quickly rally the kids, keep them calm, and improvise indoor activities to keep everyone engaged and safe.

It taught me the importance of staying positive and solution-oriented, even under pressure...

...Despite the craziness, we emphasized teamwork, healthy competition, and creating a supportive environment where every camper felt valued. 

𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻...

Looking back, I realize that many of the skills I honed as a camp counselor – leadership, communication, adaptability, and creating a positive atmosphere – are essential for any entrepreneur, especially in the health world where you're dealing with diverse needs and personalities.

I still carry those lessons today.

This experience solidified my belief that health is the foundation for success in any field, especially for entrepreneurs...

I'm no longer a personal trainer, but I do still work with people who make their health a priority so that they can thrive both personally and professionally.

Hi - I'm Corey. 

I help health brands build high-converting lead funnels to attract and nurture their ideal customers.

I grew up in Minnesota but now call Texas my home.

I used to be an occupational therapist, but in 2021, I burned out.

I felt like a cog in a wheel and got sick and tired of building someone else's dream.

I had no autonomy over my career and was unfulfilled by my work.

So, I quit my job as an OT and started my own business (marketing for health brands). I had no idea what I was doing, but I knew I wanted to help people in the health industry.

Now, I spend my time in 3 places
- Helping health brands with their marketing.
- Hosting a podcast show for health entrepreneurs.
- Growing a community of health entrepreneurship in Austin, Texas.

A "typical" day in my life:
6-7am... creative work. 🖌️
7-11am... deep work while sipping on black gold. ☕
11am-1pm... exercise, eat, and go on a walk. 🚶‍♂️
1-5pm... meetings. 🤼
5-7pm... more work... just less caffeine. ✍️
7-10pm... plan, read and unwind. 📕
