Launch of an MVP product in the beauty retail market (a system for rewarding retail sellers from the brand).
Results:
Developed a script, conducted CustDev, and compiled a target audience profile

Overall marketing mangement (both B2B and B2C), with special focus on partner management/ Management of partner marketing accounts (number of partners 5 000). Elaboration and excecution of partner markenig program, partners' education (Partners Marketing Academy). elaboration of IMF program (one window system for partners marketing requests). Team mangements (4 direct employees). Main achievements: 
- creation of high efficiency Partner program, which resulted in ROMI of 30%.
- creation of one window protal in order to serve the patners ( which gives the absolute transparacy in budgets, which allows the convenient planning of partner marketing activities).
