As Business Operations Director at Proxiad Bulgaria, I played a key strategic role in managing all business operations for the Bulgarian subsidiary of the Proxiad Group. This included overseeing a dedicated team of professionals and participating in the development and implementation of the company's business, HR, technical, and administrative strategies. 

Working closely with the Technical and HR Directors, I developed and improved the company's services and business models, and managed budget planning and P&L. 

Additionally, I proactively led a joint company-client planning process that established mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones. 

Through my efforts, Proxiad Bulgaria was able to streamline its operations and improve its overall performance, leading to increased revenue and customer satisfaction.

During my time at Proxiad Bulgaria, I had the opportunity to take on the role of Head of Recruitment Business Partners, in addition to my existing role as Business Operations Director. QA Lead/Operations Manager

I managed a QA team of 15 people, manual and automation specialists.
My core duties are understanding customer needs, planning and organizing versions and separating all tasks. Review estimation, test cases, and suggestions for improvements, check ready for QA requirements, bugs, and escalations, and assign a resource. Participate in the meetings with CTO, CPO, PM, DEV, and QAs. Communicate with all QAs and make plans for the following actions. Evaluation meetings, one-to-one, motivate and encourage team members. Unblock them and encourage them to finish the tasks as planned.

What I made for these seven months as a manager:
-	Changed existing test strategy and process 
-	Added all test scenarios in Testrail 
-	Created a table for ETA (estimated time of arrival)
-	Created new spaces for each project and added valuable pages for sharing information in Confluence. 
-	Created onboarding process and materials
-	Started often making one to one with each QA member to discuss team and personal goals
-	Implement a new process for hiring QAs – ranges, what we are looking for, interviews, tasks, etc.
-	Implement a new process for sharing knowledge and meeting and grouping in Teams for that
-	Implement new half-year and year evaluation form – focus on the company, team, and personal goals – plus questions for the best QA team member, problems, and suggestions for improvement

Finish modernization of Russia Credit Bureau with high quality and unblock and manage risks and QA task + organization of tasks and communication in 5 work streams... That was the most significant and complex project that I work, and the result was more than I expected. We have documentation as the QAs team and onboarding process, plus many instructions and test documentation for the project.
